Design Thinking Microsite

The goal was to develop a microsite as a repository for all the various design activities going on throughout the business unit; develop frameworks, content, and playbooks, and provide access to design systems, the firm’s react library, and other material.

In short, enable everyone to innovate faster with self-serve activities.

Enable Innovation at Scale

Following the merger of several business units, the firm was undertaking a large-scale agile, and design transformation as part of their strategic decision to focus on developing enterprise AI products. There was broadly a lack of understanding about design as a capability but, given that there were many activities already happening throughout the firm related to design, we needed a way to communicate what resources were available to the firm, what design is, how it gets done, and who the relevant contacts are.

I began by engaging with internal stakeholders and developing a sitemap with rough content descriptions that could serve as a conversation starter and discussion point. After several iterations, we aligned on a way forward that incorporated feedback from everyone.

Wireframes & High Res Mocks

I then started designing the screens in Figma and creating a monthly workshop design thinking education program.
