Audits & Product Teardowns
Audits, product teardowns, and experience evaluations are great ways to uncover usability issues and understand the cost implications of an existing experience or product. The outputs of this work serve as inputs for features and roadmap development for future design phases. The ten usability heuristics were used as part of the evaluation process.
